A Russian-born graduate of the Leningrad Academy of the Arts, Tatyana's paintings are romantic and poetic works inspired by Shakespearian tragedy and the Renaissance. Fascinated by Rembrandt, Tatyana has endeavored to emulate his technique of applying numerous layers of paint on the canvas, a time-consuming process resulting in rich color and depth.
